Jasper would be my guess from the pic though it does have some agate like qualities. Very pretty rock for sure.

Welcome to the forum as well Closer picture would help but as Eric says it does appear to be a jasper/agate like specimen. Hard to tell.

It kind of looks like petrified wood, Sierra Mist, 5 gal. Bucket..

A close up would help. Best with the rock dry and a freshly exposed surface.
Like DD said, jasper/agate seems likely.
