Any one know of a good set of waterproof bone conduction headphones that don't cost an arm and a leg?

The key word u used was WATERPROOF....... not resistant. That means to me you can at least snorkel with the........ so theres no such thing as cheap. GGA ($155) are your best bet........ otherwise beleave it or not the factory ones which are hard wired and designed for diving. You can make a pair........ but most id say are water resistant but wont stand up to a lot of hours in the water unless completely sealed.......like the factory ones. That can change the tones/volume.

Was hoping to stay away from head phones and go to bone conduction, better chance of hearing things around you while hunting. They dont have to hit any great depths, I don't plan on going much under 15 feet or so, just the swimming areas and docks parts of the local lakes.

About the best for cheap bonephone would be to make your own. Here are a few I have made and worked on..

What are you using for the center? A piezoelectric, if so, where do you get them from?

A quick easy fix is to take ear cushions off your headphones, this puts them closer to your ears.
I put sticky back hook valcro on the headphones to hold them in place on your hood, you can put cushions back on over the valcro if needed.head1.webp
