Info needed on ATPro 5x8DD coil

Bought my AT Pro about a month ago and really love it, but was wondering if I should purchase the 5x8DD coil. Does anyone have reports on the 5x8DD vs 8.5x11DD? Also been thinking about the the headphone adapter to 1/4" jack for standard headphones. Any help would be appreciated and Thank you in advance for assistance.

The smaller coil will separate targets better in a trashy area. It's the same coil that is standard on the At Gold.

The headphone adapters work well, you just need to remember to take it off when going in the water above the adapter connection to headphone jack.
