Interested in finding gold. Dah

[rene4566]

Hi Folks,

Very interested in prospecting but don't have a clue as to how to start. Maybe a generous soul will point me to a few good books or websites . I live on a boat and plan to reach Central America by the end of the year and thought that may be a good place to look for stuff. Any help will be appreciated.

Walkabout

Hi Rene:

You are doing a serious Walkabout there! Always be safe on those spiritual trips and I hope you will share pictures of your adventure. I would have suggested to do research in the states on where the old timers use to do their prospecting and do some detecting in those areas.

Someone posted once to do your research first before you start metal detecting and you will find more stuff. That applies to all aspects of life, do your research first and all things will come to you in time.

Good Luck.
