✅ SOLVED Interesting bell

[pa-dirt_nc-sand]

Found at an old 1800’s site in a city park. Is this a Christmas bell?

[Plug N Play]

Modern, generic style Christmas bell made in India.
Often sold in mix and match sets for wreathes and such.

Nice find, Plug N Play beat me to the punch
Based on the patina, I'd say at least your find has some age to it.
