Decided to go panning today in a creek in Cornwall Pa today. Not for anything special just a chance to get away from everyday life. I been off work for the past 3 months due to a injury and got to get out and move around. Anyway I was finding a lot of quartz I believe and started to find a lot of clear, green and purple rocks I could see through. At first I thought they were pieces of glass than I found one that looked like a crystal. It's about 1/4" long, pointed on both ends and is 6 sided. I know it's not valuable but it's my first time experiencing this. I thought it could be a broken piece of glass but I don't think a piece of glass can break in this shape. Anyone have any ideas what it may be, not a big treasure but a great experience.
