Here is a place to list some of the best movies very few people have ever heard about. It doesn't have to be the best picture ever, but on worth giving a look at.

I'll go with "The Ninth Configuration" written and directed by William Peter Blatty.. Yup, the same guy who wrote Jaws and the Exorcist. He also has a funny cameo in the beginning of the movie. "Don't take the stethoscope"

You will laugh and think throughout the movie, I give it   because that's all I have :laughing7:

Re: Movies most people never heard of

"Sorcerer" the first movie made by William Friedkin after doing The Exorcist. Not a supernatural film at all, but very much worth watching. It stars Roy Schieder. It involves trying to truck some nitro through a Central American jungle under very adverse circumstances.

Also, the documentary "Crumb" on the counterculture cartoonist is a very interesting film to watch. A trainwreck of a childhood, but it will keep your attention.

I'd have to say Black Dynamite (it's one of the funniest movies that I've ever seen)

"Bad Taste" and "Meet the Feebles". Both early Peter Jackson films and definitely an acquired taste :laughing7:.

Hey hammered & band-aid, a little more detail. Don't make me google it, if it's not worth the time or effort :laughing7:

Well, Black Dynamite was released in 2009. It was a spoof "blacksploitation" films of the 1970s (Dolemite, Shaft, etc).
