found this for 4 bucks at a sec hand store today, marked international sliver company 674 , not real sure if it is sliver plated or sterling , it has a few deep gouges in the bottom and solid color through , can get a clear pic of it but maybe the hallmark will shed light , thanks Here is a item number for one on ebay same thing better pics of what i was trying to show ITEM NO 110765012027

Yes, International always marks their sterling as "Sterling". Everything else is plate.
