Invitation to join Oceans' Harmony

I have accepted an invitation to become the USA director, for OCEANS' HARMONY, a non-profit, non political, Australian organization, dedicated to preserving and protecting our underwater environment around the world.
After my credentials are finalized and approved with the Australian Government, I'll post my US contact information, and begin submitting ideas to the parent company for projects in the US. I hope to help bring the role that Treasure Salvors play in the conservation of our oceans brought to public attention. Any suggestions, or ideas you may have will be welcomed. I appreciate your support.
Thank you for adding your "likes" to OCEANS' HARMONY https://www.facebook.com/oceansharmony

Here is the OH website. http://oceansharmony.org Dell

Because of my great love for life, nature, and this earth, I guess I have been an environmentalist all my life. It's inborn. I'm sorry you object to those who want to help protect it even to your benefit.

I remember when the water in Angel Fish creek in the Florida Keys was so clear you could look down 20 feet and count the grains of sand, now it's hard to see the bottom. Perhaps you enjoy swimming in the tons of human waste and raw sewage that was pumped into Biscayne Bay every day. Perhaps you enjoy seeing Dolphins, Manatees, Pelicans, fish and other wild liife dieing from the fertilizer & pesticides draining into the Lagoons and waterways. That is your right. I am not taking that away from you. Enjoy! Dell

Love of life, nature and this earth is NOT yours alone…….I state strongly that most of us here, Jeff of Pa (I include Jeff because this attack seemed directed at him and indirectly at anybody who disagrees with you) and myself love, life, nature and earth……
We simply differ on how to approach it.
And I remind you that the "right" way is NOT necessarily your position and remains to be determined objectively by all concerned parties.

And are you sure as to the cause of limited visibility you mention, or are you simply assuming. Because it may be true in isolated and limited circumstances any one of the factors you mention may cause transitory limits in visibility, are they the absolute cause?
I think we can agree that dumping raw sewerage in other than emergencies is bad and should be stopped. But the problem with you self described environmentalist is you assume far too much with an agenda.
I consider myself an environmentalist also, but differ considerably with the methods espoused by 99% of those who call themselves such.

So tell me sir, what is the solution? Do we then depopulate Florida?

sorry statements like that don't deserve a serious response imo, just a :tongue3:

congrats dell, beware of scams though!!!!

its very admirable and many times necessary to protect animals and our environment from mankind!!!! but, more often than not the people that take on this cause are liberal wackos!!!

the way that something is protected is also very important! how should we protect or preserve our shipwrecks? how should we protect or preserve our coastlines? no use, limited/regulated use? reasonable/non invasive use?

common sense and enforced penalties for abuse would be a good answer in my way of thinking but common sense is no longer being taught/nourished/fostered and liberalism is getting stronger!!!
