ipod nano

went to englewood beach this evening for a short hunt. it i went into the surf the water was not bad i found a dime and an ipod burried in about 2 feet of wateri i wonder if when the ipod dries will it work ?

even in fresh water i have found several cell phone never a i pod but doubtful it would work unless it was a fresh drop in the sand and not emerged in water
