Using a minelab 705
How often do you normally ground balance? Today I went up a creek bed and burned out hill that required me to re ground balance literally every two steps. Is that normal in some areas?
While detecting over some bedrock today I was getting loud hits over a long vein of something. When I broke some rock up it looked like a long being of iron oxide. So I played with my iron mask turning it up to the maximum. For some reason it wouldn’t cut out the threshold like other objects do. Was there possibly a bunch of gold in there or am I missing something? Doesn’t the iron mask specifically cut out on...you know...iron? It seems to work on old nails.
