I don't know about the authenticity, but I know I've seen modern spears that are supposedly based on Celtic design that are shaped very similarly to that.

Hard to say whether it's of broad Iron Age "Celtic" cultural origin or a later early Medieval Germanic Migration Period piece but it definitely appears to be a genuine European throwing-spear/javelin tip of a style often attributed as Celtic. I've always had a soft spot for missile weapons, that is a cool piece!
