iron pyrite in PA

there seems to be alot of what we were told is iron pyrite in the area we live in, central PA. we are still new to the hobby & just learning our machine, we have a whites prism II. is there a specific way to adjust the detector so we have more finds than just rock. getting kinda frustrated that maybe we are doing something wrong help!

Yes, Iron Pyrite (Iron Ore, Hot rocks) is all over
in the Hard Coal Region.

it may be as easy as Lowering your SENS.

HOWEVER

I will let it up to someone who Knows The prism
To Give Exact Details on disc'ing it out.
