I think that is a drilling point like they use on well drilling rigs. Not sure though

Might be from a Jackhammer. I used to deliver similar types of tools to job sites. The ones at least in the '70s were just hardend steel. They could be resharpened. If broken they would turn them into chisel or maul points.

creskol if you google portapower end you will find one. i would post a site but wayyyy toooo long of an address. you might have to look at a few but you will find one with a foot like the one in question. thanks dave
