Is it possible to sub contract a 'water grid' off Fla. treasure coast ,Or a portion ?

Ive searched high & low and can't find the answer to threads title. Looking for a 1 to 2 week deal.Prefer a grid that's close to or buts up against the shore.
Gotta be someone here who has been there, did that. Much appreciated for any good info.

John Brandon is the operations manager for 1715 Fleet- Queen's Jewels and would be the guy to talk to.
If you have a dig boat, then detail your experience, equipment and the financial wherewithal and give John an idea of your overall plan and he will tell you yes or no. Subcontractor agreements do not normally specify any particular area.
