✅ SOLVED Is this a Car part?

I'm hoping this is from the front of an old car. I guess it could be from an old range, refrigerator or washing machine also.
I'm thinking car because it has the word "SEDAN" on the back side. I've looked at images of vintage car grills till I was blue
in the face, but didn't see a match. Anyone have any ideas?

Indeed, like BC mentioned, the 1951 Dodge Coronet used that logo: Dodge logos and hood ornaments

Looks like a 46-49 Dodge Sedan Trunk Emblem. There would have been a red lens in the opening, for a brake light.
