I found this in a river where there was some heavy CW activity. It appears to be homemade with some ridges or "rings" - but not sure. Any you fellas ever seen one like it?

To me it looks like a piece of melted lead that they made a sinker out of.

That's my initial thought except for those lines in it which resemble rings on a CW bullet.

The Rings & the Hole also area Found make it very possible that it's a CW era 'improvised' sinker.
