Is this a CW or 2 WW relic?

Hello,
I have been watching this Ebay auction :

It seems to me Civil War period (Cavalry ? ) rather than 2 WW.But I am no expert and I would be very pleased if someone
in this forum helps me to ID it .

Look about 1/3 of the way down the page at the Civil War bayonet with this same sort of hanger:

I have no way of knowing if it's rightly identified, but it seems like the kind of piece that's well documented.

That's a model 1885 frog for a Trapdoor rifle. You will find a photograph of it on page 285 in the book, "The .45-70 Springfield" written by Frasca and Hill.
