Oh weird...I dont know what could have cause that , but it looks pretty cool
 

That is actually the reverse. It looks like PMD, but I won't guarantee it is.
 

Pardon my ignorance but what is pmd?

Post mint damage. It means the "error" was created by someone defacing the coin and it adds no value to the coin.

At least I can read it is a dime, and from the looks of it I would guess that they ground it with some type of drill bit or something. It looks like they used a Forstner bit without the brad point center. Hmmmm. Dunno.
