Is this a knife, a scraper, or both?

So, just like the point that I found, my friend thinks this is a scraper, but I think it's a knife. It would be great to have more than our unknowledgeable speculation.
He thinks the thicker of the 2 short faces scrapes along the uniface edge, with the thinner of the 2 short faces in the palm, and index and middle finger on the knocked out finger notches on top. I think it's a blade and the finger notches on both sides are because it can cut on either side. Shoot some info at us! lol
(The gray cylinder is 2cm diameter)

It looks like a unifacial scraper to me.

That ventral face of the artifact appears to have some pressure-flaking or grinding -- but yeah, unifacial or bi-, it was a tool, perhaps knife or scraper, considering the size.

A scraper can cut and a knife can scrape--still they're two distinct tools.
