Is this a Native American nutting stone?

This was my second find. It's a smooth semi round stone with a perfect little circle shape gouged in it. Not sure if its a butting stone or a naturally occurring formation.

I would say... Man made.. not sure of what they are called, but something to hold a stick while making a fire or drilling a hole or something of that sort.. Nice find..

Its a fire starter stone....Ive found like 30 of em, heres a couple of mine!!!
