✅ SOLVED Is this a pipe?

Got this in a random lot and was wondering if it could be a pipe. Looks a little small to me, but I am not a pipe expert.

Yup looks like the bowl to a pipe or the top of a chillum. Its white clay?

It sure is. Looks like it might be carved Meerschaum. Very nice. I suspect that the reason it appears to be small is that it's missing a flanged section from the top of the bowl. Horses jumping over fences was a common theme for these pipes in the mid/late 1800s through to the early 1900s.
