Corbell & Co ElectroPlate is what the initials stand for. (So they’re plated)

The three towers is a Danish hallmark usually. I don't know if yours is or not though. Danish Assay Marks (statsguardein) - Encyclopedia of Silver Marks, Hallmarks & Makers' Marks
