Not a wellhead a Decorative Cinder block.

It has a tongue and groove design to fit pieces together. It is cast from cement not concrete. Could have been an upper liner for a well but I thinking some kinda drain. most older wells were dug not bored and would be much larger. Chimney block sounds good.

Decorative block. Our entire South Florida neighborhood had them in the 60s.

This block has Male/female sides that could be fitted together? Where was it found?

I found it in the ground next to older stuff like Royal Copenhagen broken plates and broken glass a lot of stuff was 1890s to 1920s
