Posted this peice before. Was wondering if the jasper point on the right is fluted? Ive only found 1 peice I can say is paleo on this site and was kinda hoping this could be #2. What do yall think.

It looks like it is basally thinned but not truly fluted, is there any grinding on the stem or base?

It's not fluted hon. It's basal thinning.
