I'd say probably, but I don't know what. It's not uncommon to find pieces that like that show working and either weren't finished or are but just aren't that refined a tool.

Id say with all the hinge fractures that they started flaking it and realized that it was not going to make the grade!!

I like finding those giant rocks worked all the way around. I bet many were used as is and then worked down and constantly re sharpened ground and reshaped and maybe split off into numerous other tools. Just my guess :dontknow: Cool find.
