Hi, experienced Detectorist here looking for accessible gold metal detecting areas in Tuolumne and Calaveras areas. No luck with blm L2000 site. I have only seen claimed areas or private property, not an option. Reclamation is very important to me as I always leave area cleaner than when I arrived. If anyone knows any locations in any towns adjacent to these areas to detect, I would be very grateful. Not interested in panning or HB or river access locations. Thank you very much.
