My hobbie is growing. Just bought an AT Gold. About 20 hours in and having fun. The sluice was fabricated by myself and have stopped using it because I didnt know it was illegal to use and frowned upon without a claim, but will come in handy in the future.

Came face to face with a black bear a week ago today on vedder river in chilliwack BC hence the new can of bear spray. Only to be used as a last resort since the scare easily

I was talking about sluicing with a guy at a local store. I believe they are legal here in canada as long as proper environmental concerns are addressed and you're on a claim your allowed to be on.

You have to be 10 meters from an active waterway with anything, minus shovel and pan, unless 1)It's the Fraser River or 2)You are on a mining claim (permission is fine too if you dont own it)
