Measures 5/8" by 1.25", same front and back.
Not magnetic. Looks like C I co or IC Co, just not sure.
Found at a 1800s house near a rail road station.
Lots of horse tack and model T parts around.
Thanks for the help!

Weird. Looks like metal. As small as that is, I'd be cleaning it up and seeing if it's gold or silver.

I'm not certain, but could it be a golf marker?

Weird that is not magnetic, it sure looks like metal. The google image search said it was metal, but the image results were interesting and worthless. I want to know what it is.

Those are tube caps but I forget the name of the company.

How do you do an image search?

Solved, amazing. Thank you, one day you have to let us know how you do that!

I remembered the old ID so I searched C I co or IC Co Treasurenet on Google Chrome and there it was.

cool thanks. I learned to get the best photos outdoors, on a cloudy day, with a solid color background; like blue, for great photos.

It actually told you it was metal? How did it know that?

....the amazing tech of google I guess. Those were actually pretty good results compared to my previous attempts with other images.

I dont understand how google can determine the composition of an item from an image. I guess technology is moving fast. Someday we just scan it and it will give us a complete chemical analysis along with a complete history of the item including all who owned it or touched it. Our brains will no longer be needed as they will be replaced by computers. The future is scary.
