I'm sure many of you have had days where you step into the water take a few steps and you get a target right off the bat?? Well I haven't hunted for a couple of days mainly because of my work schedule. So This morning I hit a regular beach. Took 3 or 4 steps and got a weaker signal. Switched to 0 (cz21) to see what it sounded like. It was a high tone so I was thinking quarter. Then it switched to a mid tone, so now I'm thinking pull tab. Anyway out popped this 14K 4.62g 5 diamond men's band. WooHoo!

I know the feeling! When that happens, you start thinking, do I go home now? OR? It's always OR. That's a sweet piece.

Sweet find, congratulations.

Makes the hunt so sweet when you pull a nice one early...congrats.

Nice! My first target today was a loaded shotgun shell. :b

Oh that's what a gold ring looks like....it's been so long!
Nice find.

Nice. Love when you get a ring right off the bat. Twice I've turned my detector on and didnt even get a full swing in before a ring target. Once it was a class ring and once a junker.

Nice, love the gold and diamonds!!

Great find. So, I'm wondering if some poor guy lost his wedding band in the ocean and hasn't lived it down yet, or some woman really made a guy mad and he decided to throw it into the ocean. Stories, stories! Hope you keep up with the luck.
