I think you can land this one Spart.....though they may require that you exchange the skirt for a cape? Maybe have to get a special super hero permit for the sword?

Spart could probably still wear the skirt, but the flying will require he wear panties......

True, but to legally adopt him they needed a birth certificate, there was none, and they couldn't very well put on the birth certificate........ "Origin Of Birth......Krypton"

The Kents adopted him and passed him off as their natural child. So, he has fraudulent papers as Clark, any lies on an Legal adoption form would have voided the adoption....

Not a good choice. Superhero's need to fly, not plummet like a rock like the mighty $ !!
