Found at homesite next to mill site.
it looks where rusted curved iron on sides continued but are now broken. Idk if this is from strap or belt or something similar, backpack?

It's a hinge actually that attached to sheet metal.
The flaps were riveted to the sheet metal, the pin sticking out is the male.
The female was attached to the wall of the structure.
The hinge was on either side of a sheet metal flap, that air moved open, but closed when there wasn't.
Can't find an image of this explanation 😕
