A bronze piece with a hole must have been some type of jewelry or adornment.
Although 'toe-tags' have been used since ancient times.

It kinda looks like a strap end to me. I am curious about the 3 points shown?

Unable to help with ID. Given than Sarmatian covered a large area and I'm not sure where this artifact was found, look at the map here https://www.archaeological.org/programs/professionals/fieldwork/afob/ and contact one or more Project Directors of the nearest sites.
