The 8.9 earthquake that started it is insane too!!!!!!!!!!!! They just had a 7 something a couple of days ago, plus 20 something aftershocks.

They just said they are preparing for a second tsunami - for Japan, Guam, Russia, Mariannas and Marcus Island and Wake Island!

Hard to believe what I'm seeing... cars driving along and not having any idea what is just behind them. Can see many dead from this. Unreal.

Hmm do they have Video Footage yet ? Looking but did not find it.
Those earthquakes can be real bad and then the water , oh man !

Fox, CNN, and MSNBC were all showing it live. Now it just looks like a flood, but it was unbelievable.

Cnn was showing effects of aftershocks in their studio - or wherever they are broadcasting from.

Also, they were showing live, the first and then the second, tsunami rolling in - there are ships bigger than some of the buildings turning on their sides.

Now it will hit Hawaii and Mexico - so, what about Washington, California and Oregon???

My brother said he heard 4 people were swept out to sea here in Crescent City, CA. I haven't heard about it officially yet though.

With such an advanced warning why would anybody be close enough, unless they were rubbernecking just to see it?

Like you said, it's not official.

Do people go to beaches just to see these types of things?
 

If not Arrested, I would think at least One Surfer would
have Tried to ride it :laughing7:

 

A lot go to see it, a lot go to play in it and others just don't heed the warnings.

I guess it would be pretty cool to see but I would make sure I was on a cliff and well out of harms way.

Now we all have to worry about the nuclear plants. (radiation, leaking cesium).

I remember now why "no" to nuclear.

By the way, does anyone know where they bury their spent fuel? (and is it underwater and/or safe?)
