Hey everyone I live in central TX and I'm hoping for some info. Back in 90's I read an article in a Treasure Magazine I loaned out and never saw it again. The year and volume # and name of magazine. The article I'm looking for is titled " Ancients in Central Texas " the story was about a private landowner in central Texas who contacted the University of Texas Arlington believing he had a treasure on his property because of a small head, face carved on a small bluff overlooking a small creek. In the creek was a stone carved finger pointing to the head and large stone turtle upstream. The UT - A brought out drill process and seismic probes applied to the side of the head and found nothing but solid rock. There was a half spiral staircase carved into the bluff that ended up next to the side of the head. I believe I have solved this for the landowner and am trying to figure out how to make that contact. Years ago I reached out to UT- A and got nowhere. If you can help with this you could be a part of it all. I'm now retired and have more time for this. Thanks

I searched DuckDuckGo with every relevant term I could think of but didn’t have any luck. But I’ll tell you how fast the internet is, your post kept being listed. My brother goes to school there so I’ll ask him to dig around to see if he can find an archive of past testing they’ve done. Any additional information you can remember would be helpful.

Thanks. I have tried everything I can think of. If I remember right the article was written by two retired military officers who became involved in treasure hunting and lived in Arizona. They were there with the people from UT-A They the treasure writers even camped out a night at the location and reported seeing Orbs racing through the trees. It scared them so much they said they were never coming back. UT -A told the landowner they believed the location on his property was a sacred place of the Aztecs. I don't believe so. . I believe and can prove to the landowner that it's not from the Aztecs and it's from the mid 1670's I've spent 35yrs working on putting all the pieces together. If I can find this location it's really a way point that I need to tie this all together. There is a large treasure just not right at that location. This past June the 7th a Saturday I drove up from Blanco to Cisco and went into the Lelya latch Lloyd Museum . I was hoping that Dr. Duane Hale might be there and there he was. Dr. Hale spent most of his life researching and with boots on the ground the Spider Rock Mystery. I was able to to share with what I had been working for all of these years. He asked me to start at the beginning of my journey and tell him how I figured it all out. I told Dr. Hale I would only keep one secret from him and that would be the final location of the treasure. After about 15 mins. Of talking and our eyes were looking intensly into each other's eyes I could see he deserved to know everything. For the straight 4 hrs that he listened to my story and let me prove the connection to the Spider Rock mystery he stood up and gave me the biggest hug and told me that he believed I figured it all out. I offered Dr. Hale a 50% cut and all he would need to help me with is that one location I'm missing. He shared with me secrets that he told me he had never shared with anyone also. I have never met a man as Beautiful as Dr. Hale. Duane gave me the time that I needed to share my life's secrets and cared deeply about me. I want to solve this in the memory of Dr. Duane K. Hale who past away on July 27th. He was the most deserving of this Treasure. I would want to build a new Museum in his honor and put some of the Treasure and artifacts in the Museum. I love you Dr. Hale and we will solve this life's work together. So there is so much more I would like to share with the members. I've kept these secrets for so long. I would love to share more and I will as time goes by. Thanks again.

That’s interesting and sorry about Dr Hale. I don’t understand why they’d believe it was Aztec, weren’t they in central Mexico and then went south?

they even asked the landowner if he would be interested in it becoming a National Landmark or National Monument. The landowner said he would be interested. I have been covering every river and creek even tributaries in central Texas for a whole lot of years. The technology has become better each day and with satellite imagery, UAW imagery and my favorite Lidar imaging. I remember the photos in the Treasure Magazine so clearly. I know I can find what I'm looking for with the tech I'm using it's really just putting the time in. I have loaned so many magazines and books out to friends and when it was time to ask for them back I would never get them all back. I don't need to find the magazine, I would really wish I can find the names of the two co-writers are. GirlWithWolf, I was reading most of your previous posts on the forum and I admire your writing gift. You are amazing. I haven't ever spent time on any social connections only here. My story and the journey I have been on with this Treasure has been worth everything. I will solve it. The wife always tells me. " you know someone has already found it ". They would have to know Sacred and Ancient Geometry, the Orion Belt connection and Taurus constellation. You would have to be in the right place at the right time and patience. One of the codes out of many that I figured out was this is for The Popes Eyes Only. One day even if I don't find it to there is a story of how I was able to put it all together. I have wanted to keep everything a secret for all these years so I could have the chance to purchase the land that the treasure is on. The head, face on the Bluff is not where the treasure is. It's only a Way point. The treasure is a good distance still away. But until I have the way point I'm lost. I will always hope that you would be the one to tell this story someday. You are the Real Treasure. I love the way you express your words and the intelligence you have. I want to give back to the Cherokee Peoples with the Treasure also. I can prove that the Jumanos' were integrated with The Cherokee in Southern Colorado who helped to move this Treasure to Central Texas. There isn't a need for investors or anybody. If some one wants to be involved it really is to help with the writing. I have other so many one of a kind stories just not Treasure stories. I want to be the story teller and someone writes the stories. I've only got less than maybe a dozen creeks to cover so it probably won't take to much longer. Thanks again.
