Jerky Marinade
1/2 cup soy sauce 1/3 cup worcestershire sauce
1/2 tsp liquid smoke 1/2 tsp Tobasco sauce
1/2 tsp Cayenne pepper 1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp onion powder 1/2 tbsp black pepper
1/3 cup brown sugar 4 tbsp honey
3 tablespoons Ketchup
Mix all together, stir well. Put in plastic freezer bag, and add up to
1-1/2 lbs of thin sliced meat. Put in fridge for 48 hours to marinade.
Discard any leftover marinade.

You know what else this would be good for? Chicken wings! If you like wings. Dip them in this mixture and bake in the oven on a cookie sheet for 30 minutes...making my mouth water. Think i'll try it. Thanks for sharing Rockhound!
