I have attached some photo's of possible JJ treasure markings/signs. Any information or advice would be greatly appreciated.

The tree is not more than 50years old, maybe less.

Perhaps you need to point out what you think you may be seeing in each photo.

I don't see anything in any of the photos that I would call treasure markings or signs.

Bent or crossed trees can be natural. Native Americans frequently bent trees to indicate a path. A few of those still exist.
