Jewelers Mark?

Jeweler's Mark?

Hello!

I found this silver ring today downtown Eugene Oregon. It isn't marked 925 nor STERLING ~ all it has on the inside is the image of an Eagle's Claw. Anyone know what this is? Jeweler's Mark? Where's ir from? How old is it?

Any info would be GREAT!

THANKS!
Neil

I can't help with the ID, but just wanted to say thats one bad A** hallmark. Really neat looking!

My WAG:
There is a Navajo Artist named Bennie Ration whose hallmark is an eagle's claw.
