Got it, I was actually responding to his original post, I didn't know he had a post deleted as well (seems to be a reoccuring theme). In my mind this thread has to do with the framework of Government not the politics of it. A very fine line at times I admit. Anywho, Lots that of info to learn, back to my cave, got some old cases to reread and some new cases to start reading/studying (thank you Clay- keep'em coming)
