creskol, I think the car is late 40s-early 50s. Even if it isn't a Plymouth Special Deluxe it has that styling. Assuming the car is a few years old then mid-late 50s seems about right.

The blond woman a bit to right of center appears to have a "Bouffant" hairstyle... which (IIRC) was popular with teen girls and women from the latter-1950s into the early 1960s. I was alive back then, and although I was not yet a teenager, I did notice that rather spectacularly tall hairstyle on the girls.

BTW, the car looks like what my Mom was driving in some photos of that time-period.

I think the older car is throwing off the real date range. It appears to be a rummage sale of sorts, the large collars, wide lapels and sunglasses say late 1960's to early 1970's to me. Still plenty of 20 year old cars on the road then.

We had a 54 Chevrolet Bel Air like the one pictured, except ours was black and white with the fender skirts.
