Junk box find-what is it?

I should have posted it here to begin with. Paid $4 for this. I know it's a Roman but having trouble identifying it. The reverse looks like a chariot. There is a standing figure on the left of the reverse with what appears to be horses. The obverse is a laureate figure facing right. Perhaps Trajan? Any ideas if a tribute piece?

Possibly this:Carinus AD 284-5, Alexandria, AE tetradrachm (circa 18,5 mm; 8,46 g), A K MA KAPINOC CEB, laureate, draped & cuirassed bust right / LEG B TPAI, eagle standing left, head right with wreath in its beak, LG in right field. Sears VOL III 12386,Emmett 4004, Dattari 5593, Milne 4742. The LEG B TPAI stands for Legio II Traiana which was a Legion raised by Trajan early in the 2nd century for Dacian regional service. In Circa AD 125 it was sent to its permanent station Nicopolis - near Alexandria Egypt.

Thanks but the image on the obverse of mine is more realistic than the later Roman pieces like the one you showed. After the 2nd century or so, they because standardized. Mine is an earlier piece probably 1st century-I'm leaning towards Augustus perhaps. It's also a lot larger and very thick. Thanks for your feedback.

Personally I don't think any-ones got anywhere close yet.

Below is Dads thoughts but I disagree its still unsolved, other than being an obscure Roman Coin, which might point to a provincial type.

Having gone through all the Imperial emperors in the Sestertius range from Augustus onwards the closest match I could find is indeed an Antoninus Pius She-wolf with Romulus and Remus albeit facing left when most are right facing and often in a cave. I managed to find this example:

There is a Sears 4227 RIC 633 which has a She-wolf R&R left with a Reverse of only SC from Rome AD 142 but there are no picture examples (so I think that is the one!)''
