Got that right, Jack. Last November when i got my detector I was still swingin the coil in December. Found my first Merc 2nd time out and I was hooked.
Ground don't freeze till Jan-Feb. Until then, I'll be out there.

Nice coin B

Nice finds, BandB1. Yes, it is getting nippy out there.

Congrats on the nice little treasures! I agree it is a little nippy out there, I got out a few days ago in between the rain & hail & the wind cut right thru ya! Oh yeah, that Merc was made the year I was born, so it is an old #$@#%^r.

Thank you all, I was thrilled to get another merc, always cool.

Today it was about 8 degrees warmer, and I dressed warmer too, and found myself
taking off some clothes cause it was too hot(less wind chill too.) Speaking of
wind I knew a guy who did three tours in 'nam' and survived to be killed on
a golf course when the wind blew a branch out of a tree and bashed his head
, when the wind picks up , I always look up at the trees to see if a branch might
be broken and ready to fall, you never know.

Good luck,
HH.

Congrats Band!
That merc is in great shape.
Love diggin 'em!
