I think it may be a counterfeit, looks wrong in many ways. It looks like it might be cast.

Big commercial dryer damage.....That is a big coin to get stuck in a dryer.

Actually, I used to find these more often. That's actually a casino half. Putting them in the slots over and over wears away the rim.
