That's what I'm thinkin too. Some of the seats had two in them to adjust the tilt of the seat.

You are all wrong ! This is a piece to an old ratchet. It goes on the head of the ratchet where you put the socket. the square hole is where the piece that you put the socket on goes.

I agree. I think you got it.
aa, check the center hole to see if its the same size as a socket extension or ratchet. It will either be 1/4, 3/8, or 1/2 inch drives.
