local thrift where my wife works these were 25 cents each and with her 50% off discount cost a whopping 50c total weight is 98g but this is what i think these hallmarks read henry john lias & henry john lias london 1869 am i correct? thanks

Yes, you're spot on. Hallmarks all present and correct for Sterling silver, London assay 1869.

Henry Lias I and Henry Lias II were in partnership using that dual mark from 1850-1878.
