Just went from 80's to Freezing Burrrr !

All my windows are Open in the house
and The Truck Was Including the Sun Roof.

Just got hit by a 5 Minute Wind & Hail Storm
That stuff Is Coooold !

Need some hot Now

Those are neat photos. Getting hit with hail is like getting hit with a spray of pebbles. It stings.

We got hit last night too.

It is usually the other way round here...it was 37 when I left for work the other morning and 97 on the way home!

Worst hail storm I ever witnessed was while driving through Wyoming last summer. Thought we were about to see a tornado. The temperature gauge in the car went from 98 degrees just before the storm to 59 degrees after we drove through it. Bigger hail stones than I've ever seen in PA. Here is a pic just before we got into the storm.

A typical weather for your area, Jeff I remember years ago I was bow hunting near Hawk Mountain on Pa. State Game Lands (Manbeck's) and there was an old Apple orchard on the upper hilly slopes. I decided to sit till dusk in one of the trees and as I was admiring the view of the valley below,I noticed a big black mass in the sky approaching from the mountain side. Within minutes, there was lightening, thunder and the heaviest snow I had ever seen. I think in that quick ten minute storm we got 3 inches. When I got back to my car, there was no snow there, and it was parked less than a half mile down the hill from the orchard.......(Early October btw).

Had to go back nd relook at this one just to get cooled off .... its a hot one today it was at 12 oclock 103 without the heat index :P
