hard too see any wear on that one,is it a blank that they would use to knock flakes off too make points?

Here we would call that an adz because of the off set from center of the bit of the tool. Used more for chopping out wood are other stuff rather than chopping down a tree. I would almost bet that the 2 chunks taken out of the side were for hafting. Super finds and as always love to see your finds.:notworthy::notworthy::notworthy::notworthy::notworthy::notworthy:
