Have you ever found any artifacts that are fluted similar to a Clovis ?

On this site, not found ... but I have an assumption that this is similar, can be found in the north of the peninsula. This requires a complex expedition. I have plans to do this next year.

Well ... briefly tell you.
1. four seasons.
2. Team - me.
3. Judging by the bones found - food: fish (salmon), seal, hare, bear, elk.
4. Hunters and fishermen.
5. About dogs, I do not know anything. Excrement not found.
6. "Any evidence of female inhabitants?" People lived in one place for several thousand years, probably they had women.

Damnitt, you answered all of them succinctly. You’re good.

To the other guy: this was not a challenge. I hunt because I am interested in the history, not how a shank was soldered onto a button or every angle on a struck piece of stone. As for the dog rectum, there was a great segment on that in the video he sent us. It’s the cultural stuff that sometimes goes too easily missed.

Was wondering if you found much of the red or mahogany(red and black) obsidian. Do you find any very large knives, 1 ft. or larger? Thanks for showing your stuff.

Do you have a book or site where we can see all your stuff at once?

It takes a lot of time to place all my finds (Neolithic, Middle Ages, etc.) in digitized form. Unfortunately - time is a great luxury. This site is the only place where I decided to show people photos of Neolithic artifacts of Kamchatka.
I have plans to create at least one more interesting topic on the Neolithic. I think I can do it.

Nice stuff ... love the adze ... so I take it you must have some killer display cases filled to the edges

the third floor of my house (and more places in the courtyard ....) at my disposal

Obsidian red in Kamchatka not met. (Basically - it is black, transparent-smoky, gray.)
mahogany - just a few copies, I dream to find a lot.
The largest specimens of knives for all the search time - only two. Length 150 and 160 mm. One gave a friend. My knife (160 mm) look at the photo.
