WindHarvester - thanks for the link, I appreciate it! I spoke with my boss about it and it's being taken care of.

Real de Tayopa - Aww... I post "Ms." all the time because most of the people I deal with are via email and it's been assumed a few too many times that I am male because of my name. So there's been a couple comedy of errors style phone calls when people think they have the wrong person because they are speaking to a woman. But I am sure my fiance will be happy to accept your congrats.
