dwent down to beattyville kentucky last weekend and my buddy showed me some huge stones next to a railroad track that looked to be to circular enclosures with hallways conecting them, the stones were giant like the pyramids and stacked about 45 feet high anyone know what this was, the old timers say slaves built ity, help. it should be on a history channel it was so awesome

Did you get pics? Can you find it on google earth? You could call the county assessor or even the towns chamber of commerce and ask what it was and who owns it.

i used my battery up the first day of are cave dig ,lol. i cant find a fall or winter shot of the area, trees are growing all on it now, i wrote the hisorical society
